Please give us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, either by email or by calling the salon directly. No-shows and last-minute cancellations that cannot be filled from our waitlist will incur a $200 fee. Future bookings will then require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made to BNZ 02-0168-0072614-000, using your name as the reference. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds at McInnes & Co Hair Salon. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments to accommodate the next client. Additionally, prices may vary depending on hair length. For more details, please contact the salon.
For the comfort and safety of all, children and pets are not permitted during appointments.

You will require a consultation if you are a new client. We offer a complimentary consultation in salon or online prior to all new guest appointments, this is to make sure we can allow the correct time for your booking & book the best suited stylist to achieve your desired hair style.
Complimentary delivery on orders over $250. Upon confirming your purchase, we will immediately send you an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order's journey. Additionally, once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure everything is set for your visit. We strive to get your orders out within 2 working days.
We require a $50 deposit for all appointments, this is done through our secure payment system PayPal and is deducted from your total invoice when you leave on the day.
Due to the skill requirement & timely nature of a hair appointment McInnes & Co does not do refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, please return to the salon within 3 days in its original condition.

Begin your transformation with an expert consultation for $50, where our skilled stylists will explore your desired look, assess the health of your hair, and recommend the best type of extensions to suit your lifestyle. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your extensions, adherence to our prescribed hair care regimen is required. The price of the extensions will be provided on application, ensuring a personalised experience tailored to your individual needs.

I had such a lovely experience at McInnes & Co today. The new Howick salon is absolutely beautiful, lots of parking and easy to find. Sometimes visiting a new salon can be a bit nerve racking but all the stylists were so lovely and welcoming.
