McInnes & Co Hair Salon – AGlow Membership Plan Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Glow Membership Plan offered by McInnes & Co Hair Salon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the Guest (“you,” “your”). By joining the Glow Membership Plan, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Overview

• The Glow Membership entitles you to a curated selection of professional hair services over a 4-month period.
• Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability with participating stylists at McInnes & Co.

Payment Terms

• Memberships are paid via interest-free weekly instalments, agreed upon at the time of sign-up.
• Timely payments are required to maintain your membership status and access to services.
• Late or missed payments may result in a suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.* and or late payment fee.

Client Fees

• $9.00 establishment fee
• $9.00 failed payment fee
• 3.6% service fee

Service Scheduling

• All included services must be used within the 4-month membership term.
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be counted as used and will not be reissued.

Membership Duration and Renewal

• Your Glow Membership is valid for 4 months from the date of enrolment.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Renewal options will be offered toward the end of your membership term.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable once your plan has commenced.
• Unused services will expire at the end of the 4-month term and cannot be refunded or carried over.
• McInnes & Co reserves the right to cancel a membership due to non-payment or inappropriate conduct.

Service Terms

• Services are delivered by trained professionals using high-quality products and industry best practices.
• Hair results may vary based on individual hair condition, lifestyle, and compliance with recommended care.
• You agree to follow all aftercare advice and maintenance guidelines provided by your stylist.

Liability and Disclaimers

• McInnes & Co is not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow professional recommendations or aftercare instructions.
• By participating in the Glow Membership, you acknowledge the general risks associated with chemical, heat-based, and colour hair treatments.

Amendments

• McInnes & Co reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice.
