Founded by Abbey in 2015 with a vision to create beautiful hair, elevated colour work, and an exceptional client experience, McInnes & Co has become known for its refined, luxury approach to modern hairdressing. With more than 25 years in the industry, Abbey specialises in bespoke blondes and seamless balayage, and is recognised for creating healthy, dimensional colour tailored to each client. Her work has earned recognition as one of Auckland’s Denizen top blonde colourists and Salon alongside nominations for the Westpac Business Awards and Viva NZ Stylist of the Year.

Salon Floor Manager/Stylist
Tash is the welcoming face of McInnes & Co, seamlessly balancing her role as Salon Floor Manager and Coordinator alongside her work as a Senior Stylist. With years of industry experience, Tash brings a polished and elevated approach to every client experience while keeping the salon running effortlessly day to day.

Specialising in rich brunettes and dimensional blondes, Tash is known for creating effortlessly beautiful, tailored results that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Her attention to detail, warm nature, and ability to create an inviting salon atmosphere make her a much-loved part of the McInnes & Co experience.

Senior Stylist
With over two decades of industry experience, Michelle is a highly skilled and foundational stylist known for her personalised approach to colour and hair transformation. Specialising in bespoke, start-to-finish colour services, Michelle takes the time to tailor every look to suit her clients’ individual features, lifestyle, and vision. Whether you’re wanting a subtle refresh or a complete new look, her refined technique, attention to detail, and warm professionalism make her an exceptional stylist to trust with your hair.

Senior Stylist
Katie loves all aspects of hairdressing, creating stunning colours and personalised hair styles that suit everything about you! As they say, your hair is your crown that you never take off.

Balayage Specialist
Olivia is a blondes and balayage hair enthusiast and loves to create anything from bright bold blondes to lived in seamless balayages. With 6 years experience in the industry Olivia is full of creative ideas for your next style.

Senior Stylist
Courtney is our fabulous senior stylist who has 12+ years in the industry and enjoys all aspects of hairdressing. Courtney specialises in tailored haircuts to suit all face shapes, short hair styles are her forte.

Emerging Stylist
Since joining the McInnes & Co team, Jess has become an integral part of our salon.
Jess loves to work alongside our stylists to help create beautiful hair for our salon guests and has recently started taking on her own clients as well!
Jess is passionate about all things styling and her helpfulness and easy-going nature has brought so much light to McInnes & Co.
