Until now, bond repair formulations have been primarily focused on inner repair- the cortex. But why stop there? Ultimate Repair is a holistic solution that rebuilds bonds inside and replenishes the hair outside too, thanks to the patented technology combining Alpha Hydroxy Acid and Omega-9.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid rebuilds the bonds inside the hair. This organic acid is small enough to penetrate the hair fibre at the deepest level, the cortex, for a strong hair core.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays. New Zealand orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.


We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for orders within New Zealand valued under $300 and free shipping for orders valued over $300.  Rural is an additional $1.50 on all orders under $300. 

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, dependent on the delivery schedule of the courier company. In many cases customers in metro areas will receive their order the day after it is shipped. Please get in touch with us if you are waiting on a parcel that has not arrived within 3 working days or if you do require urgent shipping (extra fees may apply).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item,  you can contact us here send us an email at info to arrange this.

Do I need to have a consultation in salon if I am a new client? 

Yes. We offer in salon or online consultation prior to all new guest appointments, this is to make sure we can allow the correct time for your booking & book the best suited stylist to achieve your desired hair style.

Do I need to pay a deposit? 

Yes, we require a $50 deposit for all appointments, this is done through our secure payment system PayPal and is deducted from your total invoice when you leave on the day.

What is the cancellation process

All cancellations require 24 hour’s notice by phone or email( social media excluded) , this is to allow the stylist enough time to reschedule another guest on our wait list. Failure to do so & not turn up a $200 no show fee will be implemented.

What is the process if I am not happy with my hair ?

Ideally we hope this is not the outcome, at McInnes & Co we are more than happy to discuss your concern. Please email your query and images within a 7 day period and we will do our utmost best to resolve the matter. Visits to other salons prior to communication with McInnes & Co will not be accepted if work has been completed elsewhere.

Does McInnes & Co refund?

Due to the skill requirement & timely nature of a hair appointment McInnes & Co does not do refunds.
