Do I need to have a consultation in salon if I am a new client?
Yes. We offer in salon or online consultation prior to all new guest appointments, this is to make sure we can allow the correct time for your booking & book the best suited stylist to achieve your desired hair style.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a $50 deposit for all appointments, this is done through our secure payment system PayPal and is deducted from your total invoice when you leave on the day.
What is the cancellation process
All cancellations require 24 hour’s notice by phone or email( social media excluded) , this is to allow the stylist enough time to reschedule another guest on our wait list. Failure to do so & not turn up a $200 no show fee will be implemented.
What is the process if I am not happy with my hair ?
Ideally we hope this is not the outcome, at McInnes & Co we are more than happy to discuss your concern. Please email your query and images within a 7 day period and we will do our utmost best to resolve the matter. Visits to other salons prior to communication with McInnes & Co will not be accepted if work has been completed elsewhere.
Does McInnes & Co refund?
Due to the skill requirement & timely nature of a hair appointment McInnes & Co does not do refunds.
