Olaplex No. 3 – Protector – builds and repairs broken hair bonds while increasing elasticity and restores hair to its natural texture and state. It is a concentrated hair treatment which will do all this as well as increase your hairs natural shine! With bond-building technology, your heat damaged bonds will re link and restore your healthy hair. Olaplex #3 is made for all hair types and will repair from within.
How to:
Use 1x per week (2-3x for damaged hair)
Apply generously to towel dried hair from the roots (scalp) to the ends till your hair is fully saturated
Leave Olaplex on for 10 minutes minimum
Proceed with your normal Shampoo and conditioning routine

Olaplex No. 4 (Shampoo)
#4 is formulated through a patented Olaplex bond-strengthening molecule, this shampoo works to restore and nourish your damaged hair whilst improving manageability. When this shampoo is used in conjunction with the Olaplex at home treatment and conditioner, your hair is left shinier, softer and healthier.
Olaplex No. 5 (Conditioner)
#5 is a restorative conditioner that is ideal for damaged hair, Olaplex No.5 helps repair damaged and weakened bonds in chemically-treated hair. When this product is used in conjunction with the Olaplex at home treatment and shampoo, your hair is left shinier, softer and healthier.
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays. New Zealand orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for orders within New Zealand valued under $250.00 and free shipping for orders valued over $250.00.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, dependent on the delivery schedule of the courier company. In many cases customers in metro areas will receive their order the day after it is shipped. Please get in touch with us if you are waiting on a parcel that has not arrived within 3 working days or if you do require urgent shipping (extra fees may apply).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info mcinnesandco.nz to arrange this.
