As the name suggests, it’s a companion product to the beloved and respected Eleven Miracle Hair Treatment, and we’re thinking your hair will love it just as much. Made with aloe vera and white mulberry leaf, it’s packed with antioxidants, which means you can expect your hair to feel softer, stronger, and generally more fabulous. Use weekly, or whenever you feel like your hair could use a bit of special treatment.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays. New Zealand orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for orders within New Zealand valued under $250.00 and free shipping for orders valued over $250.00.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, dependent on the delivery schedule of the courier company. In many cases customers in metro areas will receive their order the day after it is shipped. Please get in touch with us if you are waiting on a parcel that has not arrived within 3 working days or if you do require urgent shipping (extra fees may apply).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info mcinnesandco.nz to arrange this.
